HOA Dues: Dues are billed annually and cover July 01 through June 30 of each year, per section 2, Article 7 of the recorded covenants. 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027 is $175.00 per lot payable by 9/01/2026 to avoid delinquency fees. Invoices were emailed to all residents in late June 2026. Check your spam/junk mail folder if you didn’t see the invoice or email the HOA to request a new copy of the invoice..

The Annual HOA Member Meeting will be held in the Discovery Vista Park at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026.  This is where the budget/dues for the following year are determined, as well as community concerns and Board Member nominations/votes.  It’s important to have you there!  The annual meeting packet and proxy form will be emailed in late July. Detailed reports and information for this year’s meeting can be found on this website under the Annual Meeting page once they have been generated. If you cannot attend the meeting in person, please fill out the proxy form in the packet and return it via email or with a neighbor who is attending.

THE most important HOA documents: Please become familiar with the Recorded Covenants as these are the rules and regulations that govern our neighborhood.

The HOA is ALWAYS looking for volunteers and potential Board Members!  Not only is it a great way to get to know your neighbors, but it is also a great way to help keep costs (AKA, annual dues) down to a minimum.  Please let us know if you are interested in helping!

You are part of an amazing community.  Very few HOAs survive the transition from being run by the original developer to being managed by its own residents.  DV HOA is a team working strongly together to maintain the space they call , “Home.”
