All construction MUST BE APPROVED by the Architectural Control Committee. This includes adding storage sheds, concrete slabs, etc. As of August 1, 2018 the assigned committee will be upholding all filed covenants for current and future builds. Previous approvals will be considered “grandfathered” in.

Please note that all construction must be approved and completed according to the approved plans within one year from the date construction commenced [Article VII Section 23]. Fees for incomplete projects include (but are not exclusive to) $5.00 per Day and an additional $1,000 fee every 6 months.
